• motor wires isolation
• wires should be thick enough
• cable to the motor 3X2.5mm2

use liquid electrical tape on the wiring solder joins at the motor, or plenty of silicone inside heatshrink

From the box to the plug I go with 3x4. Then we continue with 3x2.5. Completely sufficient for an assist. FoilDrive also has 3x2.5 -- @hangloose
